Robert has experience in the areas of logistics, management, operations and executive search. He started his career in the U.S. Army as a Transportation Corps Officer serving in various command and staff positions to include the U.S. Transportation Command, Center for Army Analysis, and U.S. Army Recruiting Command.

After his military career, Lieutenant Colonel Albrecht held management positions within the transportation services industry. He later joined a large executive search firm and became a successful Account Executive prior to forming The Albrecht Group with his partner Richard Duley.

Robert has a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Marquette University.

Richard is a Certified Personnel Consultant and has 25 years experience in the search industry. He started as a recruiter, became an account executive and later Vice President and general manager of an executive search firm with three offices and a staff of thirty-six people. He and Bob Albrecht formed the Albrecht Group in late 1999.

His earlier career included sales management and marketing management roles with a "Fortune 100" corporation. Richard is Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer of the firm.

Richard has a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Business from the University of the State of New York.

Steve joined The Albrecht Group with a background in human resources. He was Manager of Employee Relations at Cooper Industries and later was the Manager of Human Resources for Toshiba Battery Pack. During his career he had roles in Materials Management and Information Services and has been in management with Cooper Industries, Static Control Components, Eagle Electric, and Toshiba.

He is the Director of Business Development and Recruiting for the Electrical Products Industries.

Steve, a Navy veteran, earned his Master of Administrative Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and his BA in Accounting and Computer Science from Anderson University.

Gordon joined The Albrecht Group as a Senior Account Executive specializing in the chemical industry.

He brought with him more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience. He began his career with J. T. Baker Chemical Company, later joining Morton Thiokol Corp (now Rohm & Haas) as a Sales Representative.

After serving as a Marketing Manager with Morton Powder Coatings, he later became a Marketing Manager for Morton Powder Coatings Group. In 1994, he joined Certainteed Corp as the Product Marketing Manager for Industrial and Commercial Products and after four years he joined Owens Corning as a Market Development Manager for their Insulation Systems Business.

He is now the Director of Business Development and Recruiting for the Chemical and Related Industries for the firm.

Gordon has an MBA from Babson College and a BS degree in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry from Purdue University.

Herschel joined The Albrecht Group after 21 years with Nortel Networks. At Nortel he held various positions culminating as Director of New Business Development.

Herschel has been recruiting for The Albrecht Group since 2004. He is currently serving as the General Manager of The Albrecht Group and also acts as Director of Business Development and Recruiting for various industries.

Herschel has a BA degree in Social Sciences from Campbell University.

Prior to joining The Albrecht Group, Dave was with IBM where he was an engineer and then moved into management with roles in manufacturing, production control and supply logistics. As the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering he was selected as "Manager of the Year" for IBM at Research Park, NC.

His current role at The Albrecht Group is Director of Business Development and Recruiting for the Rubber Industries.

Dave has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Mark has over 20 years of recruiting and organizational development experience. He has held senior leadership positions at both small and large companies including Procter & Gamble, Ciba-Geigy and Novartis. Prior to joining The Albrecht Group, Mark was Vice President of Marketing for a business unit generating over $400 million in annual revenue. During his career, he has been responsible for the entire recruiting and selection process across multiple corporate divisions.

Mark is Director of Business Development and Recruiting for selected industries including the Life Sciences. He specializes in recruiting top talent for critical management roles. His ability to match candidates with job requirements has earned him an outstanding reputation with numerous client companies.

Mark earned a B.S. Degree in Management from the University of Maine. His professional development continued with comprehensive leadership and executive training, including the completion of programs at Procter & Gamble, Xerox, SMG Wharton, Communispond, Ciba-Geigy and The Center for Creative Leadership.

Lewis joined The Albrecht Group with a strong and extensive background in quality, sales, marketing and supply chain management with Fortune 500 companies. His last position was Director of Purchasing for a global supplier to the automotive industry.

He is now a Senior Account Executive handling one of the firm’s industry sectors. His success is due to his solid manufacturing experience and his willingness to take on challenging assignments.

Lewis has a Bachelor of Science Degree in technology from North Carolina State University.

Bryan joined The Albrecht Group after 35 years of sales and marketing roles in the pharmaceutical industry. He began his career as a sales representative for Burroughs Welcome and later became a Marketing Manager and then Marketing Director for Burroughs Welcome, Glaxo and Mylan Bertek Pharmaceuticals.

He is now a Senior Account Executive focused primarily in the plastic industry and machine tool industry for the firm.

Bryan has a BA degree in Biology from McKrendree University.

Trish has had extensive experience with high-tech manufacturing having been in quality assurance and project management roles with IBM, ABB, and Intel.

She joined The Albrecht Group in 2011 and is now a Senior Account Executive focused on the plastics and rubber industries.

Trish studied Computer Science in San Jose, California and is a certified PMP.

Robert has over 30 years experience in management roles in the Automotive Industry. His success in past roles was a result of his passion for sustainable resource development and his ability to develop and execute marketing plans that gained national and international recognition. Some of his past roles included Program Manager, Director of Materials Handling and Robotics, Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Sales.

He is leading the firms marketing efforts in the Automotive Industry.

Robert has a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering - Project Management from Case Western Reserve University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio.

Dave has considerable experience in a variety of areas including management and sales management of high tech products. He started and managed territories, departments, divisions, and a number of successful companies. Dave spent over a decade with a small, but growing, access control management company in a variety of roles, including National Sales Manager, and has over a decade of experience in the Document Management and ECM (Enterprise Content Management) industry.

He is now a Senior Account Executive handling one of the firm's industry sectors.

Dave has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Ithaca School of Business.

Claire Bonney joined The Albrecht Group after 15 years in the Computer Software Technology industry and 17 years in academia.

Claire is now a Senior Account Executive and will be heading up recruiting for the Information Technology sector as well as focusing on the plumbing fixtures and valve manufacturing industry.

Claire holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Suffolk University in Boston, MA and completed her post-graduate work at the University of Miami.

Albert Diagonale joined The Albrecht Group in August, 2015.

Albert has an extensive background in Sales and Marketing, where he specialized in the high-end automobile and jewelry industries. Albert worked as a Sales Consultant for Maserati Cars as well as serving as an Executive Vice President in the jewelry industry where he concentrated on marketing and sales. He also owned and operated his own import company, Shiraka, LTD., for 18 years which distributed high-end jewelry to the major retail jewelers in the United States.

Albert is now a Senior Account Executive working in the Industrial Machinery and Aerospace Industries.
