Define client objectives and specifications

  1. Get full understanding of the position and the business situation
  2. Gain understanding of client's business and culture
  3. Discuss position description and compensation package
  4. Obtain details of company benefits/relocation policy

Develop recruiting plan and conduct search

  1. Discuss potential targets with client
  2. Establish search targets and identify individuals within these target companies
  3. Contact each individual within targets to briefly discuss position and establish interest level
  4. Evaluate background and establish fit for the position
  5. Request and receive resume

Create candidate profile

  1. Prepare profile from resume, phone discussion, referral comments and references

Present candidate to client

  1. Send candidate resume with profile, evaluation and comments to the client

Coordinate Interviews

  1. Set up and facilitate interviews
  2. Prep candidate and client
  3. Obtain feedback from candidate and client

Close Candidate

  1. Negotiate salary/incentive package
  2. The Albrecht Group will present compensation package
  3. Close candidate and establish start date
  4. Prep candidate for resignation
  5. Debrief candidate after resignation

Facilitate Transition

  1. Maintain contact with client and candidate to ensure a smooth transition
